We did it again! Another week. They said we couldn’t do it.
Hey there! It’s your delightful little worker-bees the Supple Boiz, and we’re back for your weekly recap! Another week of great KLC Press content has passed once again! We kicked off the week with another stunning tutorial from the world-renowned Ryan Stegman, as on Monday we dropped a new edition of his art instructional video series STEGMAN SPEAKS! In this series, Stegman takes your art questions from social media, and drops educational videos that show his process as he answers those questions! In this seventh installment, Ryan takes a question from PsychoMagnet on Instagram, and walks us through his favorite inkers and colorists to work with, and what makes for a great collaboration! Make sure to submit your art questions for Ryan on social media with the hashtag #STEGMANSPEAKS, and it’ll likely be the subject of an upcoming video! Or don’t, but that will only serve to make you look foolish. Take Ryan’s wisdom, he wants you to have it.
On Wednesday we dropped a guide for all you collectors out there, covering all the various covers and editions available to pre-order of VANISH #1! That’s right, the big fella himself is up for pre-order RIGHT NOW, and you can check out the Wednesday post HERE to figure out which one (or 10) you wanna get your little mitts on! There are so many gorgeous options, and quite conspicuously none from Chip Zdarsky. He begged for a variant, but we here at KLC Press thought it was best to spare you from that.
Then we wrapped up the week with one of our famous LIVESTREAMS where you, the wonderful KLC Press community, join Ryan Stegman and the Supples onscreen to hang out while Stegman whips up a beautiful sketch which is then raffled off to one lucky subscriber! This time, Ryan illustrated an intimidating BARON VANISH sketch while the Chain Gang chatted about everything under the sun. It was a great time with some great folks.
