Q: Will I be able to buy physical copies of Vanish?
A: This is the NUMBER ONE ITEM we’ve been asked since launching the newsletter. So for the record… ALL KLC PRESS BOOKS WILL BE IN PRINT!!! And… ALL KLC PRESS BOOKS WILL BE AVAILABLE AT YOUR LOCAL COMIC SHOP!!! Yes, this is a digital platform, yes we’re offering paid subscribers digital copies of our books. But WE LOVE PRINT!!! You’re getting an inside look at us making these books as well as the ability to read them before anyone else… but ultimately KLC Press is expanding our reach, NOT abandoning collectors and retailers!
Q: KLC Press? What the hell is that?!
A: DONNY CATES and RYAN STEGMAN are the two main powerhouses behind KLC Press! This is their playground for developing creator owned comic books and products... unshackled from the confines of big industry comics.
Q: What’s the deal with these subscription tiers?
A: Head over to this older post, KLC PRESS TIER INFO, where we map all of that out for you (note: this is for YEAR 1, which is no longer available. New YEAR 2 FAQ coming soon!).
Q: When will we get all these great books (from Year 1 tiers)?
A: Vanish #1 is going to press in early September and hits shelves on the 21st. We’re setting up fulfillment right now, and you should be getting surveys shortly to get your mailing addresses. We hope everything will ship out in late September / early October. Digital rewards will be coming to you shortly before the physical release.
Q: I don’t live in the U.S., do you offer international shipping?
A: YES!!! We’ll ship internationally. If you’ve subscribed and will be getting any physical perks, you’ll get them sent to you regardless of where you live. If anything does change, current subscribers will not have to pay anything additional, it will only be for subscriptions AFTER the date we announce a change.
Q: What is VANISH?
A: Watch the first episode of Ryan & Donny’s Half-Assed Substack Podcast to get the scoop (plus we delve deeper throughout the Substack!). If you don’t feel like dealing with video, it’s all transcribed too. We aim to please.

Q: What is THE ONE YOU FEED?
A: We’ll have a lot to reveal about the epic new series soon! For now, you can read the entire first issue (in 3 chapters) by the team of Donny Cates, Dylan Burnett, Dean White, and John J. Hill!
