Hey there! It’s your up-and-coming pretentious writers the Supple Boiz, and we’re back for your weekly recap! Another week of great KLC Press content has passed once again! If you missed any of the action, take a look at klcpress.com and check out the past week’s newsletters to catch up! Let’s look back at the week:

• We kicked off this week with a big ol’ ART DROP, specifically a post featuring a lot of the absolutely stunning work that Mr. Ryan Stegman has been pumping out over the last few weeks. Within you’ll find gorgeous cover pieces for various series such as Devil’s Reign, Sabretooth, Ghost Rider, and more. You know what you won’t find? Any Quantum Leap images. Everybody’s always saying “We wanna see Ryan Stegman on a Batman book”. Boring. I want to see Ryan’s interpretation of Scott Bakula in a monthly Quantum Leap series and I don’t see what’s so wrong with that.

• This weekend Cates and Stegman are gonna be hanging with the Chain Gang down at FAN EXPO PHILADELPHIA, and we here on the KLC Press Substack are pretty excited. On Wednesday, we dropped all the necessary information for any Gang member looking to find the boys during their various signings and panels, and even some details about the EXCLUSIVE merch and perks you get at the con if you’re a paid KLC Press subscriber. Go check it out if you’re in Philly this weekend! Why aren’t the Supple Boiz in Philly? Donny and Ryan said they wanted “space”.

• We finished off the week by dropping another special, abridged presentation of the fourth chapter in a series of past livestreams on Stegman’s YouTube channel, in which Ryan and Donny created a new superhero universe LIVE! The concept they created is called BAD KIDZ, and you may find that some bits and pieces from this creation also made their way into an upcoming little book called VANISH! This series of streams, presenting the entire comic book creation process from the very beginning, is a precursor to what we’re doing here at KLC Press, so we are delighted to bring you the highlights from how it all got started! This time, the VANISH connections are at the forefront as we see where a certain dope design came from. Let’s just say we here at the “Big Hammer Fan Club” are pretty pleased.
