Hey there! It’s your little bitty buddies the Supple Boiz, and we’re back for your weekly recap! Another week of great KLC Press content has passed once again! We kicked things off with another big art reveal post from the upcoming FLOOD by KLC’s own Donny Cates and Megan Hutchison-Cates! If you haven’t caught any of the teases so far, the hype is unreal for this forthcoming series from the coolest married couple in comics! The art is unbelievable, and only available to our paid subscribers! If you haven’t yet subscribed to one of our paid subscription tiers, now is the perfect time! You don’t want to miss out on this shit! We wouldn’t lie to you about something like that. We’re the Supple Boiz, not the Dishonest Boiz.
Speaking of Donny and Megan, this really was their week here at KLC Press! We also released a brand-new episode of their hit podcast (on its new exclusive home, the KLC Press Substack), DEVIL’S ADVOCATES BOOK CLUB! We’re so excited for this podcast to be back, and the all-new episode features an in-depth discussion on Robert Kirkman and Sean Phillips’ MARVEL ZOMBIES (and, tangentially, Ultimate Fantastic Four)! It’s a great time if you love Donny, Megan, the Supples, or nauseating images of beloved Marvel superheroes taking big, angry bites out of each other’s bodies.
Finally, we wrapped up the week with one of our patented LIVESTREAMS, featuring a certain Ryan Stegman sketching a certain BOBA FETT. Ever heard of him??? He’s from Star Wars, I believe. We had wonderful chats with you folks, then raffled the Boba sketch off (along with some special comics from Ryan’s collection) to a couple lucky subscribers! And it was also a star-studded stream, featuring appearances by not only Captain Star Wars himself Charles Soule, but also Captain Other Things himself Skottie Young! What a fantastic stream, and what fantastic raffle winners, who you can find below!
But hey! Before we go, we’ve got a little bonus for you. Mr. Stegman has given us the okay to drop a teeny-tiny Vanish tease of things to come… BEHOLD THIS BEAUTIFUL PANEL FROM ISSUE #3!!! Goddamn. I’d say some very cool things are coming soon.
