Thanks, Eric. I'll see what the tech folks say, I'm not able to replicate a problem on this end. FYI we posted the video on our Twitter, IG and FB accounts too, so if you're still having problems you should be able to view it on one of the other social networks.
It takes months to produce books, then another 3 months after getting solicitations together. We're launching the print side of things this summer, and everyone who has signed on for physical perks will get them when books have been printed. Sorry, this takes time, but you won't be disappointed!
