Welcome back to Ryan Stegman’s very own edu-series: STEGMAN SPEAKS, in which the man himself answers YOUR art questions. This episode, we have a great question on a very important topic, courtesy of this question from the legend Skoot Starnes over on Twitter:
Hey, @RyanStegman. When drawing a comic book page, do you make a conscious effort to plan for word bubble layout, or do you leave that completely up to the letterer? I know some artists draw them in their layouts, and some don't. What's your process?
