Hey Friends!!
Hope you’re enjoying the long weekend! We all cherish these slower days and holidays to help recharge and keep the creativity flowing on a regular basis. The KLC Crew have all thrown some tunes into the pot to keep you rockin’ through the day. So let’s get right into it!
DONNY:
This is BLOODY NOSE by The Used. I’m going to see them live tonight so I thought why not:
That’s my favorite track off their new record, but honestly the whole album kicks ass. A huge evolution for the band.
The Used: Heartwork - playlist
Also, as far as writing soundtracks go, I’ll share the soundtrack for VANISH that I play when I write it.
It’s this:
The Crow: Original Score - playlist
The first track is called Birth of the Legend.
Seemed appropriate. ;)
RYAN:
I’m gonna go with the album “deadringer” by RJD2. It’s an older album that I love that I’ve recently become re-obsessed with and a ton of vanish has been drawn to it.
JOHN:
Well Ryan, if you think THAT’s old… here are a few from the heyday of long teased hair, black cutoff shirts and tattered jeans:
And a camcorder classic to watch:
ETHAN:
GRIFFIN:
“Hot Sugar” - Glass Animals
“Rhymes Like Dimes” - MF DOOM
See you Tuesday!!!
Kids Love Chains. And we love you.
Why am I getting this in my email on September 20th? I think the performance review did not yield the results you hoped for. 😉
Griffin's got the best taste in music here.
